How to Get Started

Click on the Start with this template on the top right corner to add the template to your workspace.
If you're on mobile, tap the three lines menu to find the duplicate option.

Key Features

Plant Database

When you start using this template, you'll notice a couple of views of the Plant database on the right side of the page and a callout block named Quick Actions on the left side (which we'll discuss later).

So first let’s take a look what’s inside of the Plant database page.

At the Top: Pinned Properties

Right at the top, you'll see two super handy buttons:

💧 Watered - This is your one-click solution for logging watering. When you click it, the template automatically:

Creates an observation note with a 💧Watered tag
Records the exact date you watered
Updates your "Next Watering" date based on your watering schedule

➕ Add Observation - Use this whenever you notice something about your plant - new growth, a problem, or just want to add a photo. The "Next Watering" date will also update if you add a Watered tag.

Next to these, you'll see the Ownership status (Currently Owned in this example). This helps you track whether this plant is on your wishlist, currently in your collection, or was previously owned.
